Национализация в Боливии

Президент Боливии Эво Моралес подписал указ о национализации нефтегазовых ресурсов страны. Как сообщает ИТАР-ТАСС, зачитав текст указа, глава государства заявил, что «с грабежом наших природных запасов иностранными компаниями покончено».

До настоящего времени нефтегазовыми ресурсами Боливии распоряжались иностранные компании. Теперь это право передано боливийской государственной компании «Уай-Пи-Эф-Би» (YPFB).

В соответствии с указом, углеводороды становятся теперь собственностью государства. Контракты с иностранными нефтяными компаниями будут пересмотрены в течение 180 дней. Национализация коснется 26 иностранных компаний, работающих в Боливии. В их числе, испанская «Репсоль» (Repsol YPF), французская «Тоталь» (Total), американская «Эксон» (ExxonMobil), бразильская «Петробрас» (Petrobras), британские «Бритиш Гас» (British Gas) и «Бритиш Петролеум» (British Petroleum).

Иностранным компаниям, не согласным с его указом, придется покинуть Боливию, подчеркнул Эво Моралес. В ряду его предвыборных обещаний национализация природных ресурсов было одним из главных. Это связано с тем, что Боливия, несмотря на огромные залежи природного газа, остается беднейшей страной Южной Америки.

Всего в Боливии добывается 40 тысяч баррелей нефти в сутки. Этот сектор обеспечивает сейчас 15 процентов ВВП страны.
